The Atmosphere of a True Legend
The day began with an emotional opening ceremony inside the historic Old Saint Patrick’s Cathedral in Lower Manhattan. Under its iconic arches, FIFA President Gianni Infantino and the Italian football icons created a warm, almost intimate atmosphere. Then the energy exploded on the pitch, where stars including Roberto Baggio, Alessandro Del Piero, Marco Materazzi, Christian Vieri, Alessandro Nesta, Vincenzo Iaquinta, Christian Panucci, Christian Zaccardo, Gianluca Pagliuca, Giuseppe Rossi and many other Azzurri legends showed once again why they remain true champions.
We were there to capture every genuine emotion — the tension before stepping onto the field, the passion during play, and the pride afterwards.
