How early does the photographer or videographer arrive at the event’s venue?
Our event photographer or videographer will be on site at least 30 minutes before the start of the event to inspect the location and also prepare technically.
In some cases, it is possible to arrange an earlier arrival for a briefing.
Are you able to record testimonials during / after the event?
Yes, recording testimonials or interviewing of the guests or organisers/sponsors can be included in each package. We’ll take care about the clean & high quality sound recording as well as professional lighting for the video.
Can I add Drone photo / video shooting to my package?
Yes, we can provide aerial photography/videography services as well but only If it is officially permitted to fly drones over the venue.
Does your photographer / videographer follow the dress code of our event?
We usually ask our clients if there is a dress code & special requirements regarding the level of the contact of our photographer/videographer with the participants & We’ll follow them.
Is it possible to deliver the content on the same day?
Yes, our team can organise on-site editing & delivery of both photo & video content.
In some cases we work closely with the marketing team to keep updating their audience on what is happening on the event.
How long does it take to edit the photos or video of my event?
The standard delivery period for the pictures is 3-5 working days & for the video editing depending on the timing or difficulty it may be up to 2 weeks.
But in case our client asks, we’re able for the urgent delivery as well.
